Cindi Broaddus, the sister in law of Dr. Phil McGraw, has died aged 68. Broaddus is the sister of Dr. Phil's wife, Robin. While her obituary was published in The Duncan Banner, her cause of death was not declared. Broaddus was a survivor of an acid attack which happened 17 years ago.
